• Solo Bag – Up to 15 lbs: $18

• Double Bag – Up to 40 lbs: $30

• Unlimited Bag – Unlimited: $60/year

Your bag arrives prepaid and ready to fill within 5–14 business days.

2. Fill It With Love

Add clean, dry clothes, shoes, accessories, kids’ items, linens, or small electronics — any condition, even single socks! Pack your bag with items you no longer need.

3. Send It Off

Scan the QR code for free UPS drop-off. We handle the rest.

What We Accept

Clothing & Apparel: All garments including socks, underwear, swimwear, outerwear, uniforms, ski clothing, costumes, and more.

Accessories: Shoes, boots, high heels, handbags, purses, backpacks, hats, scarves, mittens & gloves, jewelry.

Home Textiles: Blankets, sheets, pillowcases, towels.

Kids & Misc: Stuffed animals, small electronics.

In short: clean, wearable, and functional items are welcome — in any condition.

What We Cannot Accept

Items that pose health, safety, or resale risks, or are heavily soiled:

• Paint stains, moldy clothing, motor oil stains

• Soiled linens, half-garments, fabric scraps

• Face masks, heated blankets, mattress pads

• Pet beds, leashes, or bio-contaminated items (human/pet)

• Anything that could create a security risk for you or your business (items with your name, distinct branding, or workwear logos)

Important: Items received that fall under the “No Thank You” list will not earn rewards and will be responsibly destroyed.
