As we grow, we want to give our volunteers the opportunity to grow with us! If you’re able to, it’s recommended that you start as a volunteer. If you’re already doing the job voluntarily, of course you’ll be the first on our list for a permanent position. It only makes sense to us to reward & promote from within first. This does NOT mean don’t plan to hire elsewhere. If the jobs fits you, we want nothing more than to provide it to you! Either way, your interest & support are overwhelmingly appreciated.
